The behavior of the Village during the summertime exhibits high adaptability. The minimization of the road network—which
results in reduced thermal radiation of the asphalt—in combination with the maintenance
of the natural flora, the watering of which is supported by the artificial
lake, provides cooling at the level of microclimate (synergy). Cooling is further enhanced by
the contribution of the lake in the microclimate, the evaporation of the water in the "green
roofs", as well as the air flow in the central axis of the Village where
there is also water flow on appropriately oriented surfaces (synergy).
